strojLAB the first university fablab in Czechia

strojLAB is the first university FabLab in Czechia. It is designed as innovation HUB at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Brno Univeristy of Technology. It's mission is to connect students, researchers, and industry through hands-on innovation. It provides access to advanced technologies such as 3D printing (including metal and robotic), laser cutting, CNC machining, 3D scanning, and digital design tools. The lab supports rapid prototyping, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical learning, enabling users to transform ideas into functional prototypes. strojLAB also offers training programs, workshops, and opportunities for companies to engage with emerging talent and test new concepts in a flexible, experimental environment.

The workshop where you can realize your projects and become a maker yourself!

With over 2,000 members in Vienna and Berlin, we are the largest maker community in Europe. What's in it for you? A huge collective base of know-how and expertise, as well as the possibility to connect with makers of different disciplines. In our regular tours, training courses and workshops we pass on our knowledge about digital production!

Fab labs are a global network of local labs.

Digital fabrication will change the character of work and the necessary skills, affect economic growth and development through innovation. Every day we are faced with the impact that modern technologies have on our lives, work, leisure entertainment.

We are the first open digital workshop in Brno and the first Czech FabLab.

We are FabLab Brno. Our largest workshop, where you can try 3D printing, make stickers or print on a T-shirt, and cut and engrave wood as well as plexiglass.

We are growing. In Bolzano, NOI is thriving on the grounds of a former aluminium factory.

Research at NOI is practice-oriented. Companies and start-ups, research institutes, universities, international competence centres: together we work on solutions for today's and tomorrow's challenges, making innovation accessible and sustainable – even for small companies.

At our brigk Makerspace, you can create your own prototype, small batches, or even go into series production

We are firmly convinced of the huge potential of Ingolstadt and the people here.
