What are RE/UP Programs?

RE/UP Programs are six final educational program packages developed and tested by the project partners. They support upskilling and reskilling through hands-on learning in areas such as digital fabrication, CAD, robotics, programming, electronics and innovative materials.

Each package represents a broader portfolio that may include several courses, modules, workshops or mentoring activities tailored to specific target groups—not just a single course.

Key Features

  • Industry-driven curriculum
  • Hands-on practical workshops
  • Direct connection to employment opportunities
  • Certification upon completion

Connection to Workshop Creation

ReUps Programs are directly connected to our workshop creation process. Here's how it works:

  1. 1

    Industry Needs Identification

Companies identify specific technological gaps and skills needed in their workforce.

  2. 2

    Educator Collaboration

FabLabs and educational institutions collaborate to design workshops addressing these needs.

  3. 3

    Workshop Development

Structured workshops are created with clear learning outcomes and practical applications.

  4. 4

    Program Integration

Workshops are organized into comprehensive ReUps Programs with clear progression paths.
